QuadW Sarcoma Grant Procedure

QuadW seeks to fund innovative sarcoma research. Following is an overview of the foundation’s grant application process. We do not accept unsolicited grant applications but invite sarcoma research proposals through the following process.

To get started, submit the following:

• Your curriculum vitae
• 1 – 2 page proposed research plan that includes:
  • Research premise and context including importance in field of sarcoma research and possible applications in other research areas
  • Estimated dollar amount of grant request
  • Projected timeline
  • Institution to receive grant funding

Email your information to info@QuadW.org.

QuadW will review your submission and contact you to discuss the details of your proposal. If selected to move to the next step, QuadW will send you a full grant application to complete. The following information will be required at that time:

• Information for Proposed Research
  • Complete description of the use and potential impact of proposed grant
  • Budget outline for the proposed program
• Information for Organization to Receive the Funding
  • History and mission statement of the organization that would receive the funding
  • Names and contact information of Board of Directors
  • Most recent verification of tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service
  • Audited financial statement from previous year
