Congratulations to Greer Manley for receiving the 2023 Willie Tichenor Arts Scholarship at Highland Park High School! Greer has a passion for theater and choir. She plans to attend Samford University and major in pre-med/psychology with a minor in music therapy. We admire her commitment to community and passion for music. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for Greer!
