What a JOY for QUADW to attend MIB Agent’s 2023 FACTOR Conference in Atlanta! The community that MIB provides for patients, patient advocates, physicians, researchers, and families is truly something special. We listened to OSI Strategic Advisory Board Chair Dr. Chand Khanna, who spoke about the latest at OSI, and heard from past QUADW YIA and fellowship recipients, Dr. Jason Yustein and Dr. Ryan Roberts. The talks were an interesting mix of studies involving dogs, mice, and cutting-edge science offering hope for all. We listened to patients speak the raw truth about their experiences with osteosarcoma, which gave us the motivation we needed to keep up the fight.
Overall, we enjoyed catching up with friends and foundations, discussing how we can collaborate and make it better. Thank you, MIB Agents, for offering this space for connection and collaboration, with lots of quality time and community shared at this year’s conference.
